I am a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in the field of leadership and transformation across both the private and public sectors. With a track record of empowering individuals and organisations to reach new heights of success, I guide through innovative strategies and transformative leadership development. With a deep understanding of leadership dynamics combined with a unique blend of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), coaching expertise and transformational facilitation, I specialise in unlocking hidden leadership potential to create resilient high performing leaders and teams.    

 

As a Leadership, Culture and Transformational Specialist, I connect with team members and focus on building resilient leaders who thrive in challenging environments. As a Trainer and Master Practitioner of NLP and Coaching combined with my facilitation techniques, I design and implement activities to enhance leadership capabilities at every level.
